If you would like to join the CCN Staff Team and help others who have any problems while using our site. Then please visit our HelpDesk and ask one of the online staff for a "Guide" application form and they will be more than happy enough to point you in the right direction on how to apply to become a member of staff on CCN
I would like to make a suggestion for the website
If you want to make a suggeestion about our site to make us better than we already you can do so by either
Forums
You can goto our Forums then select the "Suggestions" category then start a new topic with a total detailed desciption of your suggestion then one of our team will look into the suggestion then we will reply back to your post when we have finished viewing everything.
If you would prefer you could always e-mail us your suggestion and once it has been reviewed we will then e-mail you back with the outcome of the suggestion. But please note that we need as much detail of your suggestion as possible also the way it would benifit ccn because if there isnt enough detail we may not be able to make your suggestion work on the site. If you would like to contact the manager of CSR because you have a problem with your CSR room that none of the "CSR Guides" can help you with please click Here and let her know what your problem is, Please make sure you provide her with as much detail as you can so she can help you with your query promptly without any delay.

If you come accross some dead links on ccn communications and would like to inform us about them please do so by e-mailing us with the link that isnt working properly and our team will investigate this and let you know the outcome via e-mail.

I would like to contact the host manager to become a room host
At present ccn communications have not yet got a hosting programme setup but we do plan to have one in the near future if you would like to put your name down to become one, So when it becomes available on ccn communications we will then e-mail you with a date for an interview just click Here and we will let you know when we are accepting chatroom hosts.
I would like to make a complaint against a member of staff
If you want to make a complaint against a member of staff on ccn please make sure you have taken a screenshot of the complaint also any other useful proof of anything that will make this complaint be properly dealt with.
