+r = CCN Offcial Chat Room (A)
+c = CSR Chat Room (A)
+p = Free Perm Chatroom (A)
+x = Auditorium Mode (HelpDesk) (A)
+S Subscription Mode (A)
+a = Staff Only Enter (A)
+m = Moderate Mode (Spec Mode)
+i = Invite Only
+u = Show knocks in room
+y = Brown Hosts cant host anyone
+j = Brown Hosts cant change the topic of the chatroom
+h = Makes your room hidden from the roomlist
+k = You need pass to enter room(mIRC only)
+f = To actiavte the profanity filter
+w = Disables members from whispering each other they can only whisper hosts of the chatroom
