To be apart of the CCN Chat Community you will need to abide by our Terms of Service, hereby known as TOS, and Code of Conduct will be known as C.O.C. May I take this opportunity to thank you for choosing to use the CCN Chat Community .
The CCNChat Community, including its forum/s and other services are owned and provided by CCN Chat. By registering and using these services you hereby agree to abide by the Terms of Service (TOS), and Code of Conduct (C.O.C - Found on another Page). CCN Chat and its owners and/or administration team reserve the right to amend these TOS at any given time without notice. The onus is upon you, the user, to review them often to keep aware of any changes/additions felt necessary by CCN Chat owners and/or administration.
Upon each visit to the site of CCN Chat, you renew your agreement to abide by the TOS and the Code of Conduct.
CCN Chat and its subsidiaries are for entertainment purposes only. CCN Chat will not be held responsible and take no liability for any harm caused to any person/s and/or their property.
You agree as a participant of CCN Chat, that the owners of this site may alter/discontinue this and any other service owned/provided by CCN Chat or delete any and/or all data you have provided, whether temporary or permanent at any time deemed necessary by the owners of this service.
Registration and other personally identifiable data that we may need to collect are subject to the terms of our Privacy Statement.

All banners and images created by the website design team belonging to the CCN Chat Network are hereby copyrighted to the CCN Chat Network. No user and/or visitor on the CCN Chat Network is permitted to use/manipulate these images for Private and/or commercial use. Violating these copyright laws may cause legal consequences.
You, the user, are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your login information and details. If these become known, the onus is upon you to inform administration as soon as possible. If administration is not informed of this breach you, the user, will be held accountable for any actions taken against you. If you suspect your account and/or another members account is being used without authorization please inform a member of CCN Chat Staff who will investigate the incident further. In accordance with you agreeing to the TOS you, the user, hereby agree to report ALL unauthorized usage of your account and/or that of any other account you suspect of fraudulent use.
The use of CCN in room names: The use of the term "CCN" in non-registered rooms is not allowed and can result in your room name being changed. This is due to the term "CCN" being known as a CCN Registered room, owned and controlled by Administration at CCN Chat.
You agree that all content on this site, whether verbal, text, sound, music, code, software, photographs, graphics or videos publicly or privately, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing said content You agree that all verbal, text, sound, music, code, software, photographs, graphics or videos you use in your account or on forums are the property of yourself unless you have permission to use them from the rightful owner. ALL content subject to copyright will be removed if used unlawfully and the rightful owner asks for it to be removed or rightful credit given.
You agree that you, the user, take full responsibility and liability that you may be exposed to on CCN Chat Community.

You agree not to participate or knowingly involve yourself in any such activities that are deemed offensive/racist to any minor/s, member/s or staff.
Let it be noted ANY activity of a pedophile nature (pedophilia usage) will be reported to appropriate authorities and will NOT be tolerated in ANY way by CCN Chat owners/administration.
You agree to refrain from such activity and report any suspicious activity to CCN Chat staff members, who will then in turn take the appropriate course of action.
